The staff at The Center for Reproductive Medicine would be delighted to schedule an appointment for you. Please contact our friendly staff at 1-251-438-4200 between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM Central Time to make a new appointment. You may also fill out our online form to request an appointment.

To cancel or confirm an appointment only, our phone lines are open 24 hours a day to take these requests and messages.

What is the general process for my first appointment?

Once you call and make a new appointment, an Appointment Packet will be sent to you to be filled out. You may also download the Appointment Packet from our patient forms section by clicking here. Mail this information to: The Center For Reproductive Medicine, Attention:Fia Roe, Office Manager, 3 Mobile Informary Circle, Suite 213, Mobile, Alabama 36607 at least one week prior to your appointment. If this is not possible, please bring it with you on your visit. It is also highly recommended that you bring your insurance and medical record information with you at the time of your appointment as well. A majority but not all insurance companies will cover your initial consultation with The Center For Reproduction Medicine.

You will receive a reminder of your appointment prior to your visit. If you find that you cannot make your appointment, please call us 24 hours a day to reschedule.
