The best way to understand The Center’s difference is to make an initial appointment to meet with Dr. Koulianos or Dr. Inge. In addition to evaluating your situation, they will explain how our individual treatment plans work and the support you can expect from our nurses, embryologists and office services associates.

After you have made a new appointment, you may download the appointment packet in our patient forms section or an appointment packet will be sent to you to be filled out. Please mail this information back to:The Center for Reproductive Medicine, Fia Z. Roe, Office Manager, 3 Mobile Informary Circle, Suite 213, Mobile, Alabama 36607 at least one week prior to your appointment. If this is not possible, bring it with you. Also bring your insurance and medical record information, including previous infertility workup such as semen analysis, HSG report and CD or film, operative notes with pictures, lab results, etc. A majority but not all insurance companies will cover your initial consultation at The Center.

Our nurses will call before your visit to get work up information before you appointment. You will receive a reminder of your appointment and phone reminder prior to your visit. If you find that you cannot make your appointment, please call us 24 hours a day to reschedule.
