Our IVF Success Rates

We measure Our Infertility Success By Your Success

“If you’re an IVF or infertility girly, take the pictures and document the journey. And yes, this is my entire CRM IVF team that includes my doctor, embryologist, ultrasound tech and nurses wearing their shirts in support of us.” — Michelle Howard

With a long history that includes over 9000 pregnancies, CRM is extremely proud of its success rates. Our infertility treatment success rates are due to many contributing factors and the critical advantages we offer patients.

For starters, our knowledgeable and experienced physicians, as well as our skilled embryologists, play a vital role in CRM’s success. Another unique aspect of our practice is that CRM is the only physician owned center in Alabama, Mississippi, and the Florida panhandle. This allows us to put patients above profits and ensure they have access to every advantage science and technology offer.

Success Stories

With the knowledge that every infertility journey is as unique as each patient, CRM has built a very special family for over 30 years. Focused on positive outcomes and relationships, and sense over cents, we’re happy to share just a few of our patient testimonials.

“We have so much love for all of you. Without you all, I would not get to watch my beautiful girl every day. She’s a happy and sassy 10-year-old now!”

“The Center’s full-time Ph. D. embryologist, Dr. Degelos, spent more than an hour with us. She explained how she selected the best sperm and then carefully fertilized my egg. She worked under a microscope well into the evening to give us the best science has to offer.”

“I just wanted to reach out and thank Dr. Inge and his team for making our second little miracle possible. We tried for years for our second and after switching to Dr. Inge at The Center for Reproductive Medicine got our positive first try. The whole team is incredible, and I can’t thank you all enough.”

“We are grateful for all you did to make our dream become a reality! We thank you for going the extra mile to coordinate everything with the Montgomery office and especially coming in on the weekends to help us out.”

“We want to thank you again for everything you did for us through this journey – your caring, kindness, professionalism, and support. Most of all, for your success in helping to grant us this beautiful little soul, who has added such joy to our lives.”

“Today I’m pregnant and on this earth all the credit goes to CRM. At first, I was really anxious to see a male doctor but Dr. K and Dr. I never made me uncomfortable. The respect and politeness they always treated me with led to my trust and confidence in them and their advice. They always gave us a feeling that no matter what they’d still be there and will not give up. They taught me how to have hope and faith. I thank them for always treating me like a lady instead of ‘an infertile patient’. The whole team is more of a family to me and I’m proud to be a member of this family.”

“There are not enough kind words to let you know how much I appreciate CRM. Going through infertility is a hard thing, but the staff made it much easier to get through. Everyone was so nice each and every time that I called or came into the office. That meant a lot to us. I knew that we would not get that kind of treatment anywhere else. CRM simply spoiled us!”

“We cannot thank CRM enough for all of the long hours, warm smiles, kind encouragement, and excellent care they have given us. No question is ever too simple or fear ever too trivial for any of the staff to take the time to talk to us as people, not just patients. We are especially grateful for their willingness to work long hours during the holiday season away from their families in order to help us fulfill our dream of a family of our own.”

“All my life I was focused on my education and career. Time flew fast! I realized that I had never found time to have a baby. And it was time to look for a good Reproductive Medicine team. George Koulianos and The Center for Reproductive Medicine in Mobile turned out to be even better than what I was looking for. The whole team acted so professionally that they managed to make me, a 50-year-old woman pregnant.”

“I would like to express my deepest appreciation to Dr. Koulianos and his team for creating a pleasant and friendly atmosphere for their patients. And I would like to encourage those women who are stressed by their inability to have a baby: Don’t be stressed! Just dial (251) 438-4200, and they will take care of your dreams! I will remember this phone number by heart forever.”

“As a continuous learner in the field of fertility myself, it is our greatest honor to ensure each patient is fully informed and understands their treatment options, the critical advantages CRM offers, and how to set their expectations.”

State-Of-The-Art LifeAire System in Alabama

Vital to our success, our lab is state-of-the-art, and no expense is spared in securing the latest science and technology for our patients. For example, CRM’s lab is outfitted with the only LifeAire filtration system in Alabama, Mississippi, and the Florida Panhandle. Offering the best chance for success, it has had a tremendous impact on CRM’s embryo survival rates.

How We Measure Success

It is important to know that quite often fertility center success rates are measured only by IVF success rates. While our IVF success rates are excellent, we view success as the birth of a healthy baby which can occur with various treatments outside of IVF. Additionally, many of our patients conceive with the least expensive treatments such as ovulation induction and laparoscopic surgery. We always opt for the least costly methods when possible.

Success Rates

Success rates are reported by the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology (SART). This organization establishes and maintains SART standards and reports on IVF outcomes to ensure that patients receive the highest level of care. Note that comparing clinic success rates may not be meaningful as a patient’s medical characteristics, treatment approaches, and entrance criteria for SART may vary from clinic to clinic. Understand the CRM difference

So, while we can proudly state without hesitation that CRM ensures each patient has access to every advantage available, and not found in every practice, we want to ensure patients and potential patients understand the CRM difference and we are always available to answer questions.
