At The Center for Reproductive Medicine, we are here to help you manage the stress that nearly always arises during infertility treatments. Our staff is a waiting resource when you need answers to your questions or just want to discuss your treatment process. We are here to alleviate your stress as much as possible during your treatments from the beginning, during, and end.

Down Time

Schedule in some time to relax every day. Whether it’s a bubble bath, a walk outside, meditation, acupuncture – connecting with healthy ways to unwind are critical during this time.

Surround Yourself with Supportive People

Exercise

Exercise has been proven time and time again to be a tremendous stress reliever. Incorporating your favorite exercise – whether it’s jogging, yoga, swimming or tennis – into your daily routine is sure to help both your emotional and physical wellbeing.

Talk it Out

A little understanding can go a long way. This is why we offer every CRM patient three sessions with fertility counselors free of charge. Our fertility counselors have seen and heard it all, and can offer you both the wisdom and the compassion to support you through this unique time.
